Holy hell! I go on vacation for 10 days and BZU once again ALMOST dies and then comes back from the dead!

This happened last time I left for a bit too...I need to stop taking breaks...

Also, is everyone just purposefully censoring their words or what, because even "crap" gets censored on my end, and I cannot find the setting to turn it off...

All he has to do is keep his computer offline for 1 or 2 days and his IP company will assign him a new IP and this little list everyone is talking about will become ussless. Just tell him to grow up if he has not done so allready....

This is only true for about 10% of internet users. A lot of ISPs who assign dynamic IP's will assign them within a certain range, so if a guy were to get his IP address re-assigned, it would most likely be a similar one to the old IP -- Ie: 218.331.21.8 might get reassigned to 218.331.21.211. In most cases you have to block an entire range of IPs (218.331.21.*) or even something like (218.331.20-22.*)

Depends on the ISP. My ISP has been known to jump me to different class A addresses, sometimes even C addresses before. I can also force change my IP at will if I so desire. Doing so seems to be a random thing...sometimes I get an address within my current block, sometimes as I mention, I jump to a class C, etc.

My ISP does odd things...
