That's not free-running, its just jumping off stuff and hoping to not break your back when you hit the ground.

They don't really "hit" the ground. They do SOMETHING (whether its a roll or just tensing up) to help prevent injury.

Psh, He's not half as good as  AZO, He is in several videos, Not just showing off his true skill, But also his talent with many other things. He's done a Mirrors Edge Video and has several videos showing his entering for major contests around the world

Keep in mind, He's a Free-Runner, Not his particular normal

There's a lot more, But here's some of his best.
For the real life mirrors edge he is holding the camera, So he only has one hand, I find that skillful

Not impressed.  I never saw him jump higher than 3 feet or farther than maybe 6.

You can kill yourself from a standing start without jumping or running in any direction.
Just fall down and don't break your fall. It CAN and likely WILL kill you. But you also can't do it unless you are unconscious or just caught off guard. Its like trying to suffocate by not breathing only to pass out and start breathing again. All automatic.

High heels makes this death more common.

And after seeing a thing on TV about a guy who jumps in a lake with others from a cliff that isn't that high and dies from a high speed water enema, anything is possible,

Kinda hard to compare a kid jumping over a handrail to someone jumping off a 3..4 story building.
