Difficulty Settings and Other Problems

Whenever I change the difficulty settings to "Easy" it goes back to "Medium" when I restart the game.  Also, there seems to be a sort of "hover momentum" with the targeting cursor when you jump out of your vehicle.  It feels a bit like input delay that would make sense when you're in a hovercraft, but not on foot.  Those are my two gripes.

One more thing... I was playing with 1.2 earlier today and the Scion where ejecting out of their crafts and fighting on foot.  I never noticed that while playing 1.3.  Might just be in head though...
