Bug with scroll bars

When the contents of a list box (like the chat box, vehicle box, map box etc) dont yet extend the boxes size, the attempt to scroll the box using the scroll bar makes the boxes contents dissappear and even new contents i.e. in chat wont get displayed. When I click the little arrows above or below the scroll bar everything comes back.
