A Quick Preview of my up and coming mod/recy variant

This mod is yet to be named, its going to add inter-planetary starfight type ships to the ISDf and SCION races. ill include AIP's and recy variants so that these shis are optional additions to the game. the mod may include some new maps too! Thanks to PB4's new possiblities with power taps, the Mod can now progress!

Below are a couple of screenies, ill upload more as the variant progresses. (this is a private mod that i wish to complete on my own please dont ask for beta testing yet).

here is the first SCION ship the Penetrator... duking it out with another one...





Penetrator Specs:
1x Ordnance Magnetic Shield (Separately Destroyable)
26x Dual Turbo Laser Gun Emplacements
4x Quad Missile Gun Emplacements
2x Port & Starboard Static Dischargers

Hangar Capabilities:
6x Fighters At Any Time
2x Air To Ground APC's Deployed At Any Time

Workin hard on Infinity: The Quest For Earth I will never work on ZEmod again. You could perhaps gather a good team and complete the mod if you are interested... I'm not giving permission to integrate it's contents to some other mod though...

yeh thats okay the pistols just there from my own personal mod, both are integrated at the moment so itll be swapping back soon.

hey jamsh - if you want any models made dont hesitate to ask

a very long time ago (before i started qf mod) i used to use threed a lot and cut and paste together ships out of every polygon i could find in the stock xsi zip

jesus- i was the cut and paste king... and i had made a few ships that shot at each other (not that much firepower obviously) but that looks very similar

Better be a "good boy" here too, there are people watching... everywhere...

I like the Starwars 3 battle-type. It sort of integrates that old-time pirate ship fight where the good guys and the bad guys would line up in different directions and shoot the living daylights out of each other with a more modern (MUCH more modern) feel.

I'll be sure to try it when it comes out.

I like the new Battlestar Galactica fight where the 2 massive base ships fire tons of missiles, some of them nukes, at each other's broad sides, many of them smashing each other and flack in the middle. Fighters flying loose and fast in space like spacecraft should act (instead of like boats as in Star Trek).
